If you are a Quiz Participant your personal information will be visible to the Quizmaker who administers your account. The responses you provide when taking quizzes will also be visible to the Quizmaker who assigned you the quiz.
If you create a Quizmaker or Quiz Participant account we may send you notices related to your account or about changes to our services. We will not send you promotional mailings unless you specifically opt-in to receiving news and offers from us. You may opt-out of promotional mailings at any time.
If you (as a Quizmaker) choose to assign a quiz to a child (as defined in your jurisdiction), you must comply with any relevant local laws. In some cases a teacher may act as a parent's agent and provide consent on their behalf.
